Benchmark Building Contracting, which operates as BBC, began its operations in 2025 when it became part of the prestigious Catalyst Group. The Group established its business in 2008 through engineering services but later expanded into civil construction and complete project delivery solutions.

BBC delivers high-quality residential and commercial and industrial projects which include multi-storey buildings and luxury villas and warehouses and factories and fit-out works. We deliver complete construction services through our expertise in civil works and steel contracting which meet industry standards for quality and safety and operational effectiveness.

Our company operates from its Ajman headquarters while maintaining multiple office locations throughout the UAE to complete projects that demonstrate our commitment to innovative design and long-lasting results and customer contentment.
